Tourist/business visa for Turkey

Documents required for Turkey tourist/business visa application

The applicant must fill out the visa application form with a blue or black pen in capital letters. Attached is 1 photo. Sign the form

Original passport with a copy of old passport showing travel history must also be attached. Attached is a copy of the front and back of the passport.

Passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of return to India and have at least 2 blank pages.

The applicant must fill out the application form himself and sign it.

Photo specifications:

1. Recent passport-sized photo
2. With matte or semi-matt finish
3. Covers the face 80%
4. Dimensions must be 2.5×2.5
5. The photo has not previously been used for these purposes

Original cover letter containing the applicant’s full name, location, passport details, full travel information, purpose and duration of visit. The letter must be signed by an authorized person and stamped by the company. It must be addressed to the “Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey”.

Bank statement showing last 6 months with bank stamp and signature on last page, minimum balance should also be Rs 1 lakh per applicant

Salary slips for the most recent 3 months with company stamp

If you have a notarized business registration for self-employment

Check hotels according to your itinerary

Flight ticket confirmed

Travel insurance must be valid for at least the entire duration of the trip

For Business/Independent:

Copies of professional evidence (e.g. company registration, partnership registration, records)

For employees/staff:

3 months – expiry date of salary with company stamp

The original holiday is affixed with the company’s seal

If you are young (student)

Copy of school/university ID card (school/university NOC)

Upon retirement:

Retirement data for the past 3 months

Proof of regular income from real estate or business.

If you are a student or unemployed:

Parents or guardians must provide personal bank account withdrawal numbers for the past three months.

Parent or Guardian – Tax returns for the past two years

Parent or Guardian – Financial Support Confirmation

Parent or guardian – copy of passport.

If your child is traveling alone:

Children traveling with a parent must provide a valid original notarized by the other parent and a copy of the parent’s passport or her ID card.

If children are traveling alone, they must present original notarized documents from both parents/guardians and a copy of their parents’ ID or driver’s license.

If married:

Marriage certificate – if the applicant is married and she cannot prove her marital status with a passport or anonymous stamp of 100 ren.

Proof of the existence of family relations – if the applicant is visiting his parents.
