 If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.

 To determine whether the proposed ticket incurs any extra cancellation fees or charges, customers must review the specific terms and conditions of the individual airline. We assume no responsibility or liability for any charges incurred in this context.

 Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline’s policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it’s essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.

 No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portion, or sightseeing, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:

DAY 1— The moment you will arrive in Dubai, our representative will greet you warmly and arrange your transfer to the hotel. Once you’ve completed the check-in process and settled into your room, take some time to relax. In the evening, indulge in a delightful dinner experience aboard a dhow cruise along Dubai Creek. Receive a refreshing welcome drink as you board, followed by a lavish buffet dinner featuring a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The dhow cruise also promises entertainment, including live music performances and Tanura dancing. After this memorable evening, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 2— Begin your day with a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a Half Day City Tour. Explore iconic attractions such as the Dubai Museum, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Frame, Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, and more. In the afternoon, venture into the mesmerizing Dubai desert with a Desert Safari experience. Enjoy activities like dune bashing in a 4×4 AC vehicle, photography in the desert, BBQ dinner, belly dancing, Tanoura show, fire show, and camel riding. Capture these unforgettable moments throughout the tour.

DAY 3— Take a leisure day to relax and rejuvenate. Whether spending it alone or with family and friends, a leisure day offers a break from routine. Options include a short vacation, nature walk, movie or show, cooking a special meal, or engaging in activities like biking, visiting a beach or park, or exploring museums and galleries. Alternatively, opt for paid activities like a spa day, golf outing, or boating trip. Whatever you choose, prioritize relaxation and enjoy your leisure time.

DAY 4— Kickstart your day with a delightful breakfast and then prepare for departure. After packing, take advantage of our convenient airport drop-off service, ensuring a smooth journey to catch your flight home. Bid farewell to Dubai, cherishing the wonderful memories created during your stay.

Tripoint Holiday disclaims all liability for any changes or cancellations made to flights by the airline. Visitors must accept the airline’s alternative. If the new option conflicts with the hotel reservation—which is non-refundable—they will not be reimbursed for the hotel stay and will instead be required to pay the new rate, which is subject to availability.
