If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.

Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline’s policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it’s essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portion, or sightseeing, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.
Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Bali:
Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, our representative will be there to meet, greet, and assist you. We’ll then drive you to the hotel for check-in. Complete the check-in process and enjoy an overnight stay in Bali.
DAY 2: Barong Kintamani Adventure:
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel and head for a magnificent view of Mount and Lake Batur, with the smoky Agung Volcano in the background. Along the way, stop at Singapadu village to witness the Barong &Keris dance performance. Explore Celuk, known for gold and silver works, Mas, the center of woodcarvings, and Ubud, renowned for Balinese paintings. Visit Goa Gajah (elephant cave) and the holy springs of TirtaEmpul in Tampaksiring. Additionally, take a break at a coffee plantation for some thrilling swings and beautiful photo opportunities. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 3: Spa Treatments and Sunset Cruise Dinner:
After breakfast, indulge in a 2-hour spa treatment featuring a combination of Green Tea, Candle Nut, Strawberry, or Turmeric scrub. This pampering session includes a foot bath, body wash, and a traditional Balinese Massage. In the early afternoon, head to the harbor for a Sunset Cruise Dinner. Enjoy a delightful 3-hour dinner in a picturesque setting, with entertainment and stunning views of Beano Harbor. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Bali.
DAY 4: Watersports and Uluwatu-Kecak Dance:
In the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, proceed to TanjungBenoa for exciting water sports activities (Jet Ski, Flying Fish, and Banana Boat). Later in the afternoon, transfer to Uluwatu Temple, hanging on a cliff 100 meters above the ocean. Experience the unique Kecak Dance, performed by around 50 singers without instrumental accompaniment. This traditional dance dates back to Balinese history. Afterward, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 5: Departure
Wake up in the morning, enjoy breakfast, and pack your bags for departure. Our team will drop you off at the airport to catch your flight home, leaving you with beautiful memories of Bali.
