 If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.

 Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline’s policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it’s essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.

 No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portion, or sightseeing, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Bali:

Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, our representative will meet, greet, and assist you. We’ll then drive you to the hotel for check-in. Complete the check-in process and enjoy an overnight stay in Bali.

DAY 2: Free at Leisure:

Take the day to explore on your own or choose from a variety of optional paid activities.

DAY 3: Bali to Gili Trawangan Transfer:

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to Serangan Harbor for your transfer to Gili Trawangan by speedboat. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Upon arrival at Gili Trawangan harbor, arrange your own transfer to the hotel using a Cidomo (small horse-drawn carriage). Negotiate the fare on-site and pay accordingly. Once at the hotel, complete the check-in process and either rest for the day or engage in activities with the hotel or locals. Enjoy an overnight stay in Gili Trawangan.

DAY 4: Leisure Day in Gili Trawangan:

Spend the day at your leisure or choose optional paid activities on the island, such as renting a bicycle or Cidomo from hotels or locals for self-exploration. You can also partake in various water activities. Enjoy another overnight stay in Gili Trawangan.

DAY 5: Return to Bali:

In the morning, after having breakfast at the hotel, complete the checkout process. Proceed to the harbour port by Cidomo (at your own cost), then get transferred back to Bali by speedboat. Upon reaching Serangan Harbor, our representative will receive you and drive you to the hotel. Complete the check-in process and enjoy an overnight stay.

DAY 6: Departure:

Wake up in the morning, have breakfast, and pack your bags for departure. Our team will drop you off at the airport to catch your flight home, leaving you with beautiful memories of Bali.
